报告摘要:The construction industry, a cornerstone of human life by providing food, clothing, and shelter, is now facing significant challenges. Among these, environmental conservation has become one of the most urgent issues. While the industry will remain essential, it must adopt comprehensive and forward-looking measures to prepare for the future. To overcome these difficulties, innovative technological development is more important than ever. Advancements that improve productivity while protecting the environment will shape the next stage of sustainable growth in construction. This special lecture introduces Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies and explores how they can be integrated into the construction sector. By embracing digitalization, automation, and smart solutions, the industry can transform its practices to meet modern demands. In particular, the lecture will highlight technological innovations in the concrete industry, focusing on strategies to address global warming and promote sustainable construction practices.
